Jinan Beijiao CHP belongs to Jinan heat and power Co. Ltd, which offers service of municipal heat supply, power, steam and hot water supply, etc. In 2015, HYTM applied the technology of purification and surplus heat recovery of flue gas to coal-burning boilers in the plant. The temperature of smoke is reduced significantly and the surplus heat recycled is used for heating supply. At the same time, the pollutants in the smoke, such particles, dust, SO2 and NOx have been reduce. This project is beneficial to energy saving, environment protecting and water saving. This is the first successful practice that applied the recovery technology of surplus heat of flue gas from coal burning power plant in the world.
