Two 15-ton gas burning boilers are installed in the gas burning boiler room in Shahe of Beijing Yong’an Heat Energy and used for the heating supply to the surrounding 220,000 square meter area. The recovery of surplus heat of flue gas by its original smoke emission system (a 2-stage economizer)can reduce the temperature of smoke to 53℃ and after the application of HYTM’s recovery technology of surplus heat of flue gas, the temperature can be reduced to 28.6℃ and the latent heat in the steam will be recycled. The heat recycled is used for heating the return water in thermal network through the heat pump, which can increase the efficiency of natural gas by 10%, as well as purify the flue gas.
